Asia-Pacific CEO Association,Worldwide(APCEO), initiated by outstanding Asia-Pacific economic leaders in the early 1990s, is an important international economic cooperation organization dedicated to promoting global industrial innovation and cooperation.

Changsha City, the capital of Hunan Province, is the political, economic, cultural, transportation, science and technology, financial, and information center of the province. It holds great significance as an important city along the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is a pilot area for the national "Resource-saving and Environment-friendly Society" construction. It is a nationally important grain production center. It is a node city within the city cluster along the Yangtze middle reaches and the Yangtze Economic Belt.  

CICEE 2025 adheres to the exhibition concept of "marketization, internationalization, specialization, digitization and greening", and is scheduled to be held at Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hunan Province from May 15 to 18, 2025, with an exhibition area of 300,000 square meters, and an estimated 1,800 exhibitors, among which there are 35 of the world's top 50 brands of construction machinery. It is expected to attract more than 300,000 professional visitors, and more than 30 international forums and 100 business summits will be held during the same period of the exhibition.
